Very impressed by the efficiency, friendliness and thoroughness of the instruction and assessment process. I will recommend you to my family who also want to do the course and to any friends that may be thinking about it. The website was user-friendly but I would make one observation:  As a complete newby, and without knowing the degree of thoroughness involved when I filled in the online form, I had little idea of whether I needed the platinum course or not.  I realised only when the session got going that I really did. Perhaps if the options were spelled out in a bit more detail the correct choice would be easier to make. Some sample questions with arrows pointing to the options, perhaps. None of this, however, distracted from a very enjoyable boating experience and please pass on my personal thanks to Jim. Best wishes Alan
