This course has been brilliant and I look forward to recommending it to others so that they can benefit from what I have experienced and learnt. I started this course as I wanted to find a way to manage anxiety and to improve my sleep during anxious periods. Eric is a wonderful instructor; very down to earth and approachable and his style of teaching, ensures that everyone is involved and on the path together. After each class, I would have the best night's sleep. I also like it how Eric's goal is to teach you how to meditate on your own as opposed to encouraging people to continue to meditate in group settings.

The Perth Mediation Centre offers great introductions to every day meditations. Eric is a nice teacher.
The meditations he teaches are short (5-10min) so everyone should be able to fit them into their busy days.
The Perth Meditation Centre definitely taught me the value of taking rest-moments in my day.

The teacher could be a bit more approachable before and after class to answer individual-specific questions.
The courses are very short (only 6 weeks), making it easire to commit. The downside is that you may not get a very good meditator by following only one ($180) course.
Eric's book is worthwhile for personal study.

I came to knwo abt meditation centre thro my GP when went for wavering mood.Eric offers a range of meditations for relaxation, health and clarity of mind. it really relaxes mind and i can feel tremendous change in my mind and behaviour.
