they guy that came to spray the nest sprayed powder on the weather boards of our house not down the crack where the wasps are. what a waste of money, stay clear absolute scammers. $260 for a couple of puffs of white powder.

we hired them for a wasp control (and the person on-site named Manix is calling the wasps, bee!). they initially quoted $200 but then as they go along, they are asking for $800! they then agreed for $400 to remove the nests(3), do dusting but no prevention spray. this job is for an NDIS participant that we are supporting. fyi. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! we have asked to take a photo for progress reporting but Manix refused, he is rude, so rude! WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!

My daughter needed bees removing - a company called Clean & Fix It Specialists was sent - quote was for $200-$250 but another $200 was added to that when they arrived as they said it needed two different treatments. Job took 45 mins. You can find stories similar to this on the web - on Choice community for example. Tread carefully - underquoting to get the job then over-charging seems to be their modus operandi

A double dodgy operation. Charged $615 for just over 1/2 hours work. Had to depart house because of fumigation, but we are convinced the fumigation was not carried-out (no residual smell of chemicals). Only half of outside of house treated with chemical. Absolutely no effect on our ant infestation. Very un-professional to say the least! Stay clear of Pestly at all costs!!

Absolute scammers. charge for 110 baits threw 20 maximum into the roof by standing at the manhole. didnt even go deeper into the roof.
advised that there was a large infestation of rats and mice; when in reality there wasnt.
quoted the customer $300 over the phone, upon placing the baits invoiced the customer $600+ added gst after and charged for a seperate mouse and rat bait.
inspection in the roof found no signs of infestation at all, id even go as far as to say he had the droppings in his pocket, placed them in the roof and took a photo for the customer to scare them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this company complete scam. They quoted $300 - $350 for Rodent control ended up costing me $605. They added gst and extra cost for 2 different baits , mouse and rat and then extra for high infestation . 3 weeks later I still have the problem and now they want to charge me more for rebaiting.

Absolute scammer! Afyer I found bedbugs I panicked and called many people. They responded first and pushed a booking without a quote. When asking simple questions like if they guarantee their work, they don't..... And quoting prices with hidden room fees it was days of scammy messages. They tried to charge me DOUBLE their quote with no guarantee. Fking run.

If I could leave a lower review I would. Company would not let me cancel appointment made after 30 minutes. There was no cancellation fee mentioned on website or upon booking. Threatened to turn up at my property unless I paid the not mentioned cancellation fee. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. Don’t know how they are still in business. Actually looking to report their work practices as unethical.
