An excuse to wait one week
After (for more money of course) . I will investigate with pest control health department of Victoria to see what they can do . Unfortunately they are smart and don’t post google reviews

Had an appointment at 3:40pm today and realised other people coming after me went in for consultation . This prompted me to ask reception as they forgot about me . Had to wait till for another thirty minutes when they could have morally out of principle treat me first before the new patient just came in .
