Dr Chris Preston has saved our dogs three times - twice from cancer and once from paralysis.
Apart from his unbelievable skill he was also incredibly kind, concerned and honest. We cannot think him enough as well as his caring friendly staff.

Dr. Chris, money minded businessman!! Hopeless, idiotic doctor. F you. Setting a wrong example, insulting Aussie doctors! I would never go to his hospital in future. Buzz off

Dr Chris Preston and his team changed my life and my family's by repairing my leg and now I can run again, jump up on the couch and chase balls. Thank you.
These guys are the best at what they do, it doesn't come cheap but aren't your kids worth every cent? Mel had a blown cruciate from about 6 mths ago after having a stroke a couple years earlier. Chris Preston's technique is amazing in fixing the cruciate problem and he straightened her leg whilst he was at it. (Staffies can become v bow legged). 12 weeks of complete rest (that's another story!) and she's a new girl. Brilliant

I think Pet Emergency centres definately have their place in this world for those hours when vets aren't open however from experience I found that they also seem to work on the assumption that you automatically want everything done to save your animal and don't come out and give you the pros and cons of each treatment unless you ask nor do they ever suggest that it may not be worth going ahead with what they say needs to be done. They are also extremely expensive and despite the quotes I was given, everything ended up being more expensive. It would be nice to see them be held accountable for the quotes they are giving out and not go over what they had quoted.

Took my dog there after he was hit by a car, the quality of their service was exceptional. the vet was very friendly and relaxed the tense situation, she gave him appropriate medication and ran down the daily procedure i would need to take for his wounds in detail with me. the price was obviously hefty as it was an 24/7 emergency hospital but I was glad there was somewhere I could take my dog in the case of an emergency as it was that night

I have on a couple of occasions had to take my beloved dog to this clinic in the wee hours of the morning. I have nothing but praise for these vets and nurses who are very professional not only in the treatment of the dog but they also explain every thing and or procedure that they are using
