such a lively place,can sometimes be low on staff members, but the ones they have are very professional and helpful! the place looks amazing, heaps of fish to choice from! and there is everything you could every want for your pet! lovely service and great staff team!

Can get busy on the weekends, however service was exceptional despite the staff numbers.

Had been having a problem with fleas on my beautiful boxer dog,and did have a spray that worked,but it seemed to have disappeared off the market. Tried the Pet Super store and a wonderful lady,' Sharyn' put me on to a product that I didn't know about. Expensive but it WORKS, and well worth it,the packet is 6 months supply.
Sharyn was helpful in many ways, even advising to give MIA a few sardines once a week for her dry skin.I'm happy, MIA happy.

This store is not the best place to buy accessories as there are cheaper places however this is a great store for buying the actual pet. Service is average.

We always buy our dog supplies from here. We find the rewards programs and extensive stock in store fantastic so we don't ever need to go anywhere else.
The service can sometimes be hit and miss. I find the men staff are much better than the women with the men always helping with carrying my dog food bags or asking me for help when I look confused.

The store is always very clean and well-stocked. I love that they take my heavy dog food bags out to my car for me. I love getting a free bag of dog AND cat food in the rewards program. I recommend them to everyone. The prices are competitive, but cheaper in the long run because of the rewards program. Two employees do not like customers; they avoid eye contact and just don't want to be there; they do not want to help you.
