I have been using their grooming and DIY service for my Shetland Sheepdog for several years. Great grooming tips from Greg and co and helpful and friendly service always. Terrific range of pet accessories too.

We have been using Petarazzi for almost a year now, and have always found the staff to be courteous, gentle and helpful. We enjoy the break that the grooming time provides, we use it to go have lunch or get some extra stuff done that is not puppy friendly, like us both going into a shop at the same time or work around the house, even work or resting.

They offer a premium service and although not cheap, it is definitely money well spent every couple of months. Also totally worth it to know that our puppy has been cared for by professionals who know what they are doing and do it very well!

Worst place ever - do NOT take your dog there!

I made an appointment and was told it would take three hours and the cost is $80. I have a small Maltese Terrier. My dog was there for five hours and I was charged $85. Total rip off!!!

Staff were rude, abrupt and very unprofessional.

When I finally picked up my dog, she was very anxious and thirsty. Now she has ongoing health issues as a result of the treatment she received.

I will NEVER take my dog here again.

This is the best dog grooming business around. We tried several before finding Greg at Petarazzi several years ago. They do a wonderful job of grooming, but even more importantly, our dog is a happy dog when we leave him and when we pick him up. Previous groomers traumatized Skip, and he would be off his food and behaving like a nervous wreck for days after being clipped. We have had no bad experiences with Petarazzi. Greg and the staff are lovely and friendly, very caring and understand exactly what we want. They also have fantastic and very funky accessories for animals, beds, food, leads/collars, etc. We couldn't recommend Petarazzi highly enough!

Greg and his teaming are genuinely caring and they do a fabulous job-without exception! Our cavoodle, Ruby, always looks great after her 'pretty face, pretty feet' cut. They treat your prized family pet with the utmost care and respect. Always a pleasure going to Petarazzi :) Worth the cost.

I have used three or four other dog groomers in this area but my regular groomer was on holidays. I called Peterazzi on a Monday, presumably their day off, and got a call back on the Tuesday morning. I got an appointment for the following day. I dropped her off, they called me back three or four hours later when she was ready, and then I was able to pick her up at my leisure. These guys are a bit more expensive, but as other posters have noted, the service is friendly, and the results are great. She looked very schmick when I picked her up, a perfect cut.

After many poor experiences we have finally found this wonderful dog groomers who take the time and care with the end result being "fabulous furstyles" for our most beloved Westies. Great service from the boyz at front of house, Kylie does a precision job of grooming and we get to support a small local business. Thoroughly recommended.

After trying a couple of groomers for our Kerry Blue Terriers - bad cuts and 'no, we don't do them' - we discovered Petarazzi at Thornbury. The owner, Greg ,who used to breed and show Kerries was a bundle of knowledge and enthusiasm. The groomer, Kylie cut the hair in the correct shape for Kerries and will improve as they grow into the style which was not achieved by other groomers. Greg provided great health and ownership tips. They are open over the weekend but closed on Mondays. In our visits there have always been plenty of customers. It appears that they have may have been in High Street, Northcote before moving to their current location. Clean and a good range of reasonably priced products. For us, this has been a magnificent find and a bonus to meet two lovely people who genuinely care about our dogs as much as we do.
