I am extremely unhappy with this firms service! This firm is supposed to be a single or a group of professionals, someone who the public is meant to trust. I entrusted them to do a tax return correctly and paid them accordingly! I got notice from the ATO that there is an amount outstanding that I owe! ( not a real problem when I had the money) but when I called the firm I was laughed at and that they had made an oversight. Simply this is not good enough - unfortunately i am now struggling financially. I have been encouraged to call the professional body of accountants to lay a complaint. Surely they are accountable to someone.
