Extremely poor serving. Been waiting over six months for a repair and staff wont return my calls.

After much research, reading and looking I went to them with a wad of cash to purchase my new Arai helmet. I knew exactly which one I wanted. Unfortunately after spending 15 minutes watching the girl at the counter yack to (a friend?) and be completely ignored by the other sales staff I left. Drove directly to Mick Hone Motorcycles in Box Hill and promptly handed over $ 1000.00 cash and walked out with my new lid. They obviously don't want my money.
