The most caring and wonderful lawyer who was prepared to spend the time getting to know my family to assist with our particular issue with another law firm.

After my initial phone call to see if they did type of work i required they said they'd email pricing and i needed to confirm if still wish to proceed, i emailed saying wouldn't proceed as couldn't justify the cost, they still sent a bill for $600 to be paid within 14 days I FEEL RIPPED OFF, all they did was tell me what they would charge if they were to do the work. I got more help from other online and government agency's.

We used this firm for conveyancing, and I certainly wouldn't rave about them. We were entitled to the first home owners grant, but the solicitor told us we weren't.
It was only because I did the research and followed it up that we ended up getting the grant - otherwise we would have missed out on about $7,000!
No apology was received for the oversight - not even an attempt!
That alone has turned me off them, but they might be OK with other legal matters.
