Absolutely would not recommend.

* chips on child's meal were still frozen
* dietary change was requested on one meal, but applied to same dish for another guest - ended up having plain chicken on mash, but offered no apology or discount.
*another guest had short ribs, that were about half the size of other dishes around the restaurant
*service was slow and unprofessional- had to constantly ask for drinks and food.
*we were offered no apology for the constant mistakes!

A group of four joined a family member who realised she was a member from a bubbles tasting. Our host Geoff on discovering this, brought out the better tasting glasses and organised a cheese platter plate.
He was made the tasting a fun session, in a lovely surrounding.

This has to be hands down one of my favourite restaurants to go to in the Hunter Valley. The food is always amazing and so well presented and the service staff happily go out of their way to make an amazing dining experience. I recently took a 7 month old baby there and they were so accommodating with locating us a suitable place to sit and organising a highchair. I love sitting out on the verandah for lunch as the view and fresh air is divine. Expensive but well worth it!

Beautiful Paterson House offers the ideal location for a wedding. Both ceremony and reception and it's an award winning venue located in the Hunter Valley. We were here last night for a friends ceremony and reception dinner. This place is stunning!

We dined on delicious canapes of wontons, fresh shucked oysters, arancini balls and meatballs. Entrees were salt and pepper crumbed squid with a lovely cabbage dresssing, pork belly was crispy and well seasoned with apple sauce. Mains were duck l'orange or grilled barramundi with a crispy skin and seasoned rocket! Food was delicious and hearty!

Staff were attentive to all guests and they took a liking to my kids, which made for an enjoyable evening!

Would happily dine here again and recommend this place to everyone! Fantastic!

The meals here are of a great standard and very fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us to make the best choices. The wine is fantastic here and bought some to take home and drink at a later date.

Absolutely amazing, what could be better then enjoying a gourmet breakfast with champagne, or perhaps you;d like to have a sleep in skip breakfast and go straight for the champagne and oysters. Highly recommend this, truly amazing experience.

The Pink Blush is the best sparkling I have had! It is always very busy and you have to pay for a private tasting which I think is rude however it was informative. They have a great range of nicnacs you can buy as souvenirs and it is hard to resist.

Visit, visit, visit......Try the blush and you'll buy a box. This is such a friendly and fun champagne house. Had a lot of fun with friends on the last bus trip.
