I went with a group of friends here and the it was a lovely experience and definietely recommended. I suggest going with a group as it is tapas style and I remeber there were set menus too. Very unusual pairing and combinations of food but the taste was superb. Use the entertainment book and get some good savings on the meal.

Approximate cost: $90

We ordered the $105 degustation menu. There was another $90 one, but we decided go the whole nine yards. BTW, this restaurant normally serve small plates for sharing (like a tapas), but on Saturdays, they only do Dego. Started with a tiny little brioche (not much bigger than a button mushroom) and butter and it was delicious. Then we had a slice of sausage thing (sorry I can't remember the name) , and then came the salmon sashimi with wasabi mousse which was amazingly good. Next came the celeriac soup which had a tiny morsel of langoustine inside a tiny length of small leek (nice but portion a bit small). Then it was the pork belly with sauerkraut, followed by a very robust and wonderful confit duck, then a baramundi with mussel jus. Then it was dessert of banana bread (I didn't opt for the normal Death By Chocolate) and petit fours. There was also a ginger and apple palate cleanser. All in all, it was a good experience. Portions were just right for me, but for those with big appetites, you might not be 100% full.
