We just bought a beautiful puppy from here. Nicole couldn't be more informative or caring, I would recommend anyone looking for a puppy to go here. We were given a bin number and a free vet check and everything we needed to take our puppy home. We witnessed first hand how the puppies are cared for and given free time to run and how they reacted when they heard Nicole's voice in the morning. She is the most caring,
patient lady we have come across. Thank you Nicole for our beautiful little Coco.

Other then the smell I would shop there anytime the staff were very helpful five stars all the way by the way if your dog lives inside your house smells alot worse

This place should be shut down! The animals are unhappy, living in squalor in tiny cages. The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful, and the place stinks to high heaven!! The whole place is dirty and disgusting and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for treating animals like that. I've called the RSPCA and reported them. Disgusting.

the fish in this place look really sick looking, i would only go there if i had no other choice. the staff are never kind either, its always glum and gloomy.

i just got a puppy , and i found their advice an service of collor an lead, food were excellent,i will definatly go back as my puppy gets bigger an has more needs

The smell in this shop is disgraceful, i was looking at the cats not kittens they were sneezing i asked the staff about it and she was so rude i will never go back! i left my purchases behind
