They also had a phone number so I called to discuss my needs. The customer service was brilliant. It wasn't about just selling me stuff, they actually know what they are talking about. I got what I needed plus added advice that was so helpful. I have shopped there since and am blown away by their prices and service. They offer free shipping regularly each month, all you have to do is subscribe to there website to get great sales, deals and free shipping. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who owns a pet.

I generally only shop at this online store when I cannot find a product elsewhere as they tend to be a little bit more expensive than other online stores and local pet shops when you include the postage charges. They specialise in pet medications but also stock a small selection of toys, grooming accessories, and behavioural aids.
