I bought some food from this store recently, very good quality kibbles and chewy snacks.
They have very nice staff there. It prides itself on being "responsible" regarding pet ownership. It is a clean and well organised shop.

They have a great range of stock and you can usually find what you need, they have everything, pity about the staff though, can be a bit hard to get good customer service here sometimes. Prices are a bit higher than usual too on some items but they are handy and open later than most

I've been here many times and EVERY time I've had to patiently wait for the staff to finish their chats before I could be served.

On my most recent visit, they gave me very poor and inaccurate advice on an item I needed. They then lied about this when I tried to return the same item. It was a major issue to get my money back.

Definitely will not shop there again.

i have been there a couple of times and the service was poor both times and the fish i bought there have always died quickly. the staff are more interested in talking to each other

This store has a great range of products for anyone wanting to own a specific type of pet. From cats to dogs, lizards and aquariums they have pretty much everything you need to get setup. However being a niche market of not much else in the area the prices of some things are quite high compared to online stores or larger pet chains. (I think the store is independent rather than a chain). I am into keeping freshwater aquariums and they do have a very decent range of fish and they get new plant stock on wednesdays. Be careful when purchasing plants, sometimes they are sold as aquatic plants when they arent meant to be submersed in water at all. All in all whenever ive needed anything they have had it, been very friendly and informative.
