The staff were so helpful with all my fish questions as i have never had fish and my son wanted fish for his birthday. i ended up buying a tank and set up and the friendly staff told me everything i needed to know, they even took the time to write it down for me incase i forgot when i got home. my son was allowed to pick exactly which fish he wanted and the staff member waited patiently as he decided. I was so happy with the service i got i will always go back to Pets Paradise Greensborough for all my pet stuff.

This is where I bought my new dog. The people were really nice - understanding that it was a big decision and not rushing us. They seemed to also really care, and provided a lot of information and support for the new puppy including a free vet check and microchipping. They also didn't try to upsell too much product.
