Pets R.I.P Toowoomba & Ipswich

Our little girl passed at home we contacted PETS RIP they took wonderful care of our girl , so gentle and caring it made putting our little girl into their care so much easier and we knew she was going to be in good hands and given the respect she deserved thank you PETS RIP

Pets R.I.P. were a godsend when my beloved cat, Link, passed away in 2021. I cannot thank them enough for their gentle kindness, care, compassion, and support as I said goodbye to my best mate. Thank you guys, for all you do xoxo

I have had 3 beautiful Jack Russell Terriers pass over to the Rainbow Bridge, Mary, Emma and most recently Dixie on the 26th December 2023. The Manager and the staff at Pets R.I.P. are very caring and thoughtful. They are there for us pet owners who are devastated on the loss of our little fur babies and they use the utmost care and respect during the whole process and in our time of need. Rock on Pets R.I.P. and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have used a similar service for my previous 8 furbabies, and when they changed their pricing structure and decided to charge me $75 extra to drive down 6 houses from the Vet, I then felt that the company was just not being as sympathetic to the heartbroken owners as they used to be - time to look for someone else .
** Vicki & Kim have been amazing . I had a special request that my darling Ariel could go in a double cremation box with her litter sister Ebony ( dec) and to leave space for her litter brother Jon for when his time comes - Absolutely no problems at all - now time for my heart to try to heal . Great service, friendly and very helpful staff and we received high quality, beautifully presented products that we will have always to remember our much loved family pet. The pictures of the products displayed online doesn't do them justice. So impressive!

There aren't words to express how much I appreciate the kindness and care that PETS R.I.P put into taking care of my horse when he passed.
