Staff are passionate about their job and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to assist with all my pet needs. Prices are competitive, and membership card has great benefits

staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I find some of the products a little more expensive but then others are cheaper.... sometimes a bit busy if you have lots of questions but pretty good shop overall.

I have been a member at Petstock Sth Morang for 4 years. I find there staff to be excellent with their product knowledge and make me feel welcome every time I go there. I take my J.Rx with me and they always welcome her by name "Jess". Jess gets groomed and sees the vet there and she also did puppy kinder there. Petstock is Jess's second home. I highly recommend Petstock sth Morang if you are an animal lover

The staff in this particular store are fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, great array of animal accessories, food etc. When we go in with our dogs (we now live on the other side of Melbourne and still travel to this store), they're spoilt rotten with treats and cuddles. The staff know their stuff, just an awesome store.
