The had a great sale on 2 fantails for $4 so stocked up on about 20 of them :) They also discussed the pro and cons of two very similar air pumps and made recommendations on the information we gave them about our tank.

They aren't just knowledgeable about fish though they helped me decided on a hound house/birdie bunk for my lorikeet as the pet shop bird loved his so it would be the right size for my bird.

Staff were helpful and knew what we needed and were happy to take int account how much we wanted to spend

Always great service, willing to help you with what you need and answer my many questions. It is a pet store so prices reflect that but they do have a good rewards program. The staff are actually interested in you and the wellbeing of your pet. They listen and learn from their customers so when you ask for help they can tell you experiences from other owners to complement their already indepth product knowledge.

We have just recently adopted our very first puppy, so we needed everything for her. So we went into Petstock, with our puppy (which I think is awesome that you can shop with your pet) and the staff were extremely helpful as to what sort of food is best for our puppy, and we were able to get toys and treats and a bed and collar and leash. A great place to shop.

Good Service & Prices, but only a very small shop meaning that limited choice of products may be available on certain lines. Also suffering from strict competition from the nearby "Petbarn" which is a much Larger Operation & has many different choices for products at similar pricing.
