We bought a puppy malamute of them knowing they were credited breeders. We then found out our puppy wasnt the best for our little family, still hadn’t dropped both testicles and very aggressive young dog. We knew he wouldn’t work out without spending hundreds if not thousands in training him. ( we knew it was a risk)! The owners DID say they would take him back if he caused too much trouble and danger giving our money back if it was b4 he turned 12 months, well the time came and we gave him back with them saying we would get most of our $1600 back, it’s been almost 12 months now and no contact and we constant try contact them but no final answer. Our point of view no trust and shonky. Also their litter for pure bred malamutes are not too promising!

I have been to this store quite a few times, (at the time it was the most convenient store to go to.) I was a little disappointed as far as customer service goes. On a few separate occasions I had asked one of the staff members about particular products and they assured me they would get them in by the following week. I think they just told me that to keep me happy, and never actually did anything about ordering the products. This happened to me about 3 times in a row and then I stopped going there. (This was a few years back though so I am not sure if the business has new management now or not.) Some of the staff there are very friendly and try and do everything than can to be helpful, but some others were not so helpful. Prices are not too bad though when they had stock in. (Unfortunately this was not that often.)

Tried this place out the other week to get some pet food for the cat. They chicken at $1 Kg, Mince Beef at $3 a kilo. For that fussy cat that you have to please this place offers some great products
