I purchased an item from another pharmore pharmacy while I was away and the product ended up being faulty. I took it back with my receipt to this pharmore as it was nearest to me. They agreed it was faulty however refused to exchange or refund because it was bought at a different pharmore. Their refund states that with faulty items they must refund or offer exchange and does not mention anything about store of purchase. The staff were incredibly rude and refused to help or honour their policy.
