Wouldn't recommend this company in particular the service department. 100% get an independent mechanic you trust to check over any car you are considering purchasing from these guys, sales guys are lovely but if you have mechanical issues on a car you buy from them regardless of how long you have owned the car in our case 1 whole week they just wash their hands and say they rely on the service department to give them the correct information on the state of the vehicle and the service department say it's up to management to decide if it's covered so at the end of the day they won't take responsibility for selling you a lemon. Stay away if you can.

Mmmmm well if I could give zero stars I would these guys are rip offs bought a car that cost $18000 in 2019 and from day one spent it’s time in there work shop we put 20k on it in 18 months and spent $16k in repairs and still was a heap off s*** should be called Phoenix lemon’s we had to fight them every time to fix it they all ways said not our problem ha ha don’t buy from here

Purchased a car from them in August 2016. As part of the used car warranty I had to have the car serviced by them. Worst decision ever. Had the car serviced in January 2017. Service report showed that my 2.5 year old car had glazed rotors, (They were not). Had my car serviced today at a Ford dealership and found out that the rotors were never glazed but instead they were cracked.

I went here as a complete newbie. Got talked into doing services that weren't really needed, ended up paying way more than I should for just the servicing. Had to wait in line for about 30 mins, making me late for work, and also making my mum late for work as she was waiting for me to give me a lift! Was ridiculous as I only had to drop my keys off and quickly sign a form, they should have put the "long-taking" people to one side so that all those doing what I was doing could get out of there.
