In our Studio we are able to offer a variety of services which help to promote your well-being. These services include Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Pilates and other exercise classes.

Physiotherarpy

Our Studio has a ‘hands on’ philosophy providing you with maximum benefit and value from your treatment time. We only ever treat one person at a time. With Physiotherapy we treat musculoskeletal conditions such as joint injuries and pains or aches without the use of drugs. We also take part in preventing injuries and pain by using postural adjustments and specific muscle training.
