I have had Physio Treatments with Physiofit for 2 years now for an ongoing neck injury. They really know thier craft and am 100% satisfied with the treatment reveived from Frauke.

I had a shoulder injury so was referred to Frauke at Physiofit by my family doctor. After a series of physiotherapy sessions, which targeted treating and strengthening my shoulder, I was then able to start Pilates sessions to maintain my improved physical situation. A wonderful benefit of these sessions has been meeting others in our local area. Frauke is very professional and is recognised by health societies which means the sessions cost next to nothing.

I look forward to Pilates and Fitball sessions every week. The classes are small and personal. I have made lots of fabulous new friends and I feel amazing after sessions with Frauke. Wes and Frauke run a very professional business and are down to earth people with fantastic knowledge.

I have been attending Pilates now for a while at Physio Fit Studio. When I first started I had a lot of back pain from a herniated disk. This has improved due to Pilates, as well as physio treatments. One of the best things for me when I started was that I felt 100% safe, knowing that the Pilates instructor was also the physiotherapist who was treating me, and she knew my history, and could adjust any excercises if necessary. The classes are well structured and you always leave feeling better!.

I love my Pilates/Fitball classes it's welcoming and loads of fun. I have been going to Physio Fit for a few years now and wouldn't be without it. The most important thing - back pain is a thing of the past for me. I feel very comfortable with the fact I can trust Frauke 100% because of her wealth of knowledge about the body and fantastic instruction she gives, so I know I am doing everything the right and safe way everytime. My experience has been first rate with physio/pilates classes and remedial massages.Adjustment to my class times and appointments for massage the owners Frauke and Wesley always obligue and, more importantly, health and fitness advice is excellent.Frauke Tyack is of German extraction, a perfectionist with a hysterical sense of humour- the best combination. It was a good day when I discovered Physio Fit and I always leave the studio in a good mood,smiling, no matter how tough the session.Highly reccommended.

Having been to many physiotherapy studios and Pilates classes elsewhere I would recommend this to anyone and have done so. Since participating in Pilates for the last couple of years with Frauke my back pain has decreased and my movement has increased. Frauke is helpful and knowledgable about all manner of things and the extra course they run around nutrition are wonderful. Get yourself over there and have a look.

All round great experience, i can really recommend Pilate's for improving your strength and well being and physio fit is one of the best i have been to. With frauke being a Physio Therapist her knowledge of the body is amazing... good fun class as well. 5 stars
