I first attended ‘Physio Optimum' for a sprained back. The Physio was very professional & within 2 minutes of me being in the consulting room he had located both the problem disc & the sprained back muscles. Great hands-on massage style followed. The appointment ended with a recommendation from him on what stretches & exercises would help the strain heal quickly. It was a short initial consult, but a productive one. Also, being a member of Medibank Private I only paid $7.80!
