Often stop by on the way home. Love the range of speciality products like my favourite dill goats cheese or Tuscan sausages. Just wish the prices were lower as a lot of products can be bought from a supermarket much cheaper.

Prices can be quite expensive if you were getting all your food here. I would recommend it for specialty items that you can't get at other places.

What I do get here: meat, eggs, wheat-free bread and Bellita low carb potatoes. I usually get the lamb mince which is reasonable. I have noticed they do specialty meat items like offal, hearts, chicken necks and gizzards and so on which tend to be cheap.

I have found the eggs on special to be very reasonable.

I prefer wheat-free bread and they have an outstanding selection of rice, spelt and rye breads. They have a huge range of mueslis and dried pastas which I've never seen anywhere else.

Piedimontes is the only place I've been to that has Bellita low carb potatoes. I now cook these all the time for my partner who is diabetic. He has commented that the potatoes taste really good.

I've not attended the deli and encountered any rude staff, but those I've dealt with were nice enough.

A great independent supermarket!
Great selection of produce and down to earth, friendly staff who are always happy to help their customers.

The main reason I would recommend shopping at this supermarket is for the deli and bakery department as they stock fresh delicious continental products and have a good wide variety to choose from.

However the store does sell the usual grocery items, but I have found the prices to be a little more expensive than the major supermarkets eg coles and woolies.

there is a good selection of cheeses and you are welcome to sample them before buying

I love this supermarket! The most amazing cakes and breads. The groceries are a little over priced, but the organic chicken is delicious too. Everyone is really friendly.

A unique family owned supermarket in the fact it's actually two strories with a coffee shop on the second level.

I love the bakery section as there is sooo many good items to buy that look scrumptious and are really cheap too.

Good service, lots of scrumptious food selections & you'll always find something new. Only wish they opened at 7am on weekdays

Good for basic essentials as whole shopping can get very expensive.

Customer Service rendered by the dairy staff (Mauro) needs to be addressed. My experience and interaction with this staff member has stopped me from shopping there.

The dairy staff member bumps into you with boxes while unpacking stock, doesn't move out of the way if you need something from where he is standing, continues to pack on top of you (bumping into your feet and hands) and doesn't remove out of date items from the shelf when advised that stock is no good.

Have approached same staff member to advise of spill after a slip in the diary section but staff couldn't have cared less. Approached management about lack of concern but still management has not addressed his behaviour as I have talked to other customers that have experienced the same thing and they too don't want to shop at Piedimonte's when he is there.

Approximate cost: $100
