Pierres has always been Launceston's iconic fine dining restaurant, many years ago it was my go to place for an amazing affordable meal and pleasant atmosphere but in the past few years the menu has moved to a different selection offering less variety but quality is still amazing but doesnt always meet the preferences of family and friends.

I love the French cuisine at Pierre's. We've been for both a decadent morning tea (their chocolate cakes are some of the most deliciously rich I've tasted), as well as a family birthday dinner. The meal was superb - very delicious and well presented. They have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. I would recommend it any time.

We went here a few weeks ago to celebrate my uncles birthday & i wasnt disappointed. The meal was supurb, the restaurant was relaxing & the service was excellent....I cant wait to return

my experience with pierres was a great one , as id never been there before my friends decided to take me there for a treat ,and i enjoyed everything about the treat, the meal was truely superb, service great and dining room so peacefull i would go there again in the near future
