The staff are well qualified and design a program working towards your goals. I had lower back and hip pain which was troublesome just to walk. I'm now playing netball again! I couldn't be happier, and would thoroughly recommend Pilates Focus to anyone.

During my three years at Pilates Focus all of the teachers and physiotherapists have tried to work with me to improve my fitness. Their attitudes and efforts have always been positive and encouraging.

Great physiotherapists and Pilates instructors. Have really helped my sore back. Attentive service with individual programs available. Good quality modern equipment available.
