Pretty good service

I was really happy when they got rid of a smell coming from the laundry/ bathroom combined especially when they recommended a much easier and cheaper solution to the problem. Drilling out a couple of drainage caps as opposed to my solution which was completely unneccessary digging up the whole floor saved thousands. Cheers thanks

To give you an idea about how nice these guys are, they contacted me out of the blue asking if they could come and do some volunteer plumbing work at a homeless shelter that I manage in Redfern. A bunch of them came and spent quite a few hours there doing all sorts of plumbing work, including replacement of all the taps and shower heads - a job which we really needed done at the time. Pipe Perfection are simply the best. My hot water pipe burst yesterday and they came out almost immediately. Gary, the tradesman was very efficient and friendly and included doing a preventive maintenance inspection of my unit and hot water system. He went to the trouble of showing me the problems not just saying I needed repairs. He also put on protective footwear before coming inside, a first! I will recommend them to everyone. From the time we moved in to a renovated 100 year old cottage to the present day, this company has provided an excellent, prompt and friendly service When we moved in, within 2 weeks the roof had developed a couple of leaks. We called in Pipe Perfection, recommended by neighbours, who fixed the roof at very low cost and thoroughly checked out the piping throughout the house. A larger project to connect to the stormwater drainage system involved digging up a narrow brick paved path and setting a small drainage tank into the paved courtyard. The path bricks were relaid perfectly and all work areas completely cleaned. A few years later the drainage system and tank has withstood all heavy rain deluges.
