Yucky food, yucky experience. The pizzas are not like traditional Pizza Hut anymore, watery sauce, plastic wrappers stuck to the bottom of pizza base, other toppings we wanted were barely there. The manager & most staff, who seemed to be related possibly (?), treated myself & all customers who were waiting (in the tiny waiting area) like we were scum on their shoes.
No basic respect for product or customers at all.
I think most of the customers were fed up & thinking of alternatives. The last dinner we had from Gawler Pizza Hut made us sick too, expensive tummy aches. Not going back unless I hear theres a change of owner/operators & food standards improve :(

I ordered online & they said they could not deliver, I had to pick up. When I got there there were 2 delivery drivers there.
I paid for the pizza by debit card, they charged me twice. When I complained to the manager, they said they would refund the over charge. When I checked my bank statement the next morning, they charge me again. I promptly alerted the manager by email. 3 days past & finally a refund. All this without an appology, all they could do was defend there staff. The customer was irrelevant inthis matter. This was a bad experience.

They got our order wrong and were not helpful when i rang up and got me to take the pizza back while my family ate the pizzas at home I had to wait for 15 minutes for my replacement whithout even a sorry and feeling like i did the wrong thing there also wasnt much toppings on the supreme just mainly cheese

fantastic pizzas, large range to choose from with drinks, breads, deserts, chicken and pastas. internet ordering is a fantastic idea as u can take as long as u like in choosing your meal combination.

They are not so bad for quality but the service could do with some attention. I had to wait for 30 minutes for a standard pizza order and the staff were too busy with their friends to cook the food!
