of all the major pizza chains i find pizza hut the best quality. i love their online ordering system, so quick and convient to use, and being able to pay online with credit card is handy too.

Had a heap of problems with ordering online. Their system wouldn't work and therefore it was my problem and no was will to help. I asked for a manager and she was ruder than her staff member. When I wrote a complaint it took a long time for them to respond and basically said it was my fault

love their pizza, love the new online ordering as i can just order my favourites all the time and add extras as required. love the cheese lovers and bacon/cheesburger pizzas 99% of time delivered within timeframe specified

i love pizza huts pizza, especially the cheese lovers. its always hot and fresh, and the quality is always the same. its also something i can buy knowing the whole family will eat it, and they will all enjoy it

The pizza is overly oily and the food in general tastes fairly average - though its typical fast food so as expected - they are consistent - you always know what you will get

I am a huge fan of Pizza Hut's online ordering service. Compared to the telephone where you hold for ages and have to answer a lot of questions, the online system is quick and straight forward and the pizza is delivered to your door in half an hour. As far as the pizza goes, I find it pretty standard across their stores. Not everyone's fave but I enjoy the vegie supreme and garlic bread just fine. If you haven't ordered online you should definately try it, it's unbelievably easy!!
