The biggest issue with PJ Pools is that if you ever need any after sales service you'll probably have to hassle them repeatedly to get a response. Very good at the sale process. Pool quality is reasonable but then if you need them to attend to any defects or issues you're in trouble. Lots of phone messages, promises of calls back and nothing. Pretty unprofessional.

We have just finished our new pool and could not be happier with the work that PJ's have done All their staff have been great with a special mention to Tony our site manager who was great from start to finish, and also our sales consultant Nick P who was sensational from our initial meeting right through till handover, he is a real asset to the team at PJ pools. Thanks Pj's we love our new pool.

The staff at PJ Pools have always been there to help and sort out any issues. Very happy with the end product.

Pj pools are very professional from beginning to end excavation tiling and landscaping all finished better than expected.

Cam and Matt did some repairs to our pool this week and were personable and professional as well as efficient with the work. It took some time for Pj pools to come back to fix the issue, but in the end, they came through and sorted it out. Great staff.

The finished job is outstanding.

Communication was an important part of the process. The ability to reach my supervisor was a key to the service levels. The sales meeting, sign up, build and hand over were all delivered with a focus on us as a client. Overall an excellent service experience.

All staff were incredibly helpful, no issue or question was to much trouble, everyone was exceptional in every aspect, from Harry in sales, Micah, Cam & Kyle in plumbing & Scott in hand over. Especially Tony as site supervisor.

The finishing off process was disappointing as we couldn't get service to be done as requested. Xmas was an aspect to overcome but no one responded to us when requested which was frustrating. (Scott has been excellent)

Harry was simply awesome!!!

We have just signed up to have our pool built by PJ Pools & Spas. From our first meeting with Harry to the numerous emails with a million questions about the pool and the process we are super impressed and extremely satisfied with the service Harry provided us throughout the whole sign up process. Harry was professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, prompt at replying to emails and phone calls. His service was 10/10.
So far we would highly recommend Harry and PJ Pools.
We look forward to be swimming in our pool by the end of the year.
