Playhouse Pet Motel

I have taken my two black labradors there on a few occassions now and have been really pleased with the service. They come home tired and happy. They are keen to get out of the car and get in there when I drop them off, and I think that speaks volumes!!!

From a Dog who wouldn't eat our Lucy now can't wait to get inside.
You can't fool a dog and Lucy is treated so well we almost feel guilty taking her home!
I find the dirty matted mistreated dog comments, from a long distance away at that, totally unbelievable and more likely some poor sad Opposition kennel desperately seeking customers.

Our 13 year old dog has been having holidays here for about 6 years, and when she gets she there she wags her rump with joy. Dave and Michelle treat her like an old friend, and we have no hesitation leaving her here for short stays as we know she is in the best hands beside our own.

We left our greyhound for the first time for a 3 week holiday and she loved her experience. Cleo was well looked after and enjoyed having lots of cuddles with her carers. I would recommend this establishment to other greyhound owners as the owners understand these unique dogs.

we have used the pet playhouse for a few years our babies don't get along and we are very respected at that, they are kept separated as requested, but get all the attention needed and more, one of our babies gets to spend more time their then the other, when we tell her she is going on holidays she runs around nuts, it has got to the point that we can't mention Dave or Michelle's names that she gets all excited jumping and running around going absolutely crazy, will and have highly recommended playhouse pet motel to family and friends.

Have reccommended Dave and Michelle to a lot of people for their doggies.
I have put my little Jack Russell into their capable and caring hands on numerous occassions and they have helped me out in emergency situations when I've had to be hospitalized, at one stage even putting her in with their own doggy. I can't thank them enough. My little girl has always been well groomed on pick up and she loves going in which is a big relief when having to leave her.

My dog was left at the Playhouse Pet Motel (Wyee) for 3 weeks. When I got him back, he had a cut on his front paw, parts of his fur was matted & he had lost weight. It was clear he wasn't looked after & cared for to the standard that would be expected from a business that cares for the welfare of animals.
** Sure, they will not treat all dogs in their 'care' (or should it be... custody) in the same careless manner, as they will be out of business quick smart. However, this incident (experience) alone should serve as a reminder (caution) to others thinking of sending their dog to this place. I will never send my friend back there again!

The Playhouse is an amazing home away from home for your pets! Dave and Michelle take the time to get to kno you and your dog. They place dogs with a 'Buddy' a friend that they will get along with. OUr dog is used to having a cat, so they place her with a small dog so she won't be intimidated.
