Intense workout here. Be ready for it! Burns a heap of calories. It's really hard at the start but once you build up your core strength it gets easier. Good value at this place

Went here with a friend and a voucher each. I walked there from Moorabbin train station - it doesn't take too long to get there. Seemed like a bit of a dodgy location though, so I wouldn't recommend going in the dark. The classes were difficult but fun. I did 8 classes. Each time I went there were between 0-4 other people in the class with me, so I got a lot of extra attention. The lady teaching most of the pole dance classes is really good and is more interested in the athletic aspect than the sleazy sexiness that some other businesses go for in their classes.

My only complaint is the lack of beginner oriented assistance. They assume that you have a certain level of arm strength. Essentially, if you can't do a vertical pull up (lift your body from the ground with your arms), you won't be able to do most of the moves they expect you to do. Even when the class size was so small, they would have me attempt a move and then when I still couldn't successfully complete the move, they'd build onto that move! I got the impression sometimes that they were more interested in practising their own moves than teaching.

Aside from my inability to do a lot of things, it was fun and there were some moves I managed to get. Will probably return one day when I have more arm strength!

I attend yoga classes here and it is a tailored class that the instructor varies weekly. Fantastic customer service and good facilities. Class sizes are small and instructor is very knowledgeable and well trained.

If you want to learn to pole dance like the sexy chicks this is the place to go. you have to have a lot of upper body strength and flexability which i do not have but the instructor was patient and helpful. They also have yoga here which i haven't tried yet.
