Such a motivating group fitness gym.. I have always felt out of place at gyms but at PLC they create such an inclusive and supportive experience! The team are amazing! Highly recommend!

This fitness centre is amazing, the instructors were motivating and the atmosphere was awesome. We also had shakes after the workout which was great to meet everyone again.
