staff doesnt give a flog about customers, place an order, item needs to be transferred from another store, ok cool, call up at 12, 2 days after order, and get told its being transferred, call up after 3 to see if instore, call up at 330, get told its on pallet, but not unplaced yet, come by in about an hour, get there at 430ish, to be told it hasnt been transferred, ask why it hasnt been transferred, and just get told it hasnt, request sales person to find out why, and just get a blank look, told to refund order and went to austin computers, where they had stock, and staff was actually helpful

good solid computer company who are no longer as rude as they used to be. In fact since they moved to their new bigger premises their service improved, their sales improved, as did their product range.

Really helpful people who can cater to your needs. WA family owned and operated which is a bonus. Very happy with our computer and extras.

It was good, knowledgeable staff and great range they did help alot but installed a CPU wrongly caused me a couple of hours of fiddling around to fix - last thing I thought would be wrong as it was professionally installed.

Quite possibly the best computer store in Perth.
I've bought many items from them over the years and hardly walked away dissatisfied. Customer service is very good. I needed a new power supply and they were quite happy to take a few out of their boxes so I could see whether or not they would fit my case. My one complaint is I bought an acer computer from them and they won't perform upgrades themselves on it, I've had to purchase a computers upgrade manual and do the work myself, which hasn't been difficult to date. However they did give me phone-numbers to technicians who can carry out any work I need done in the future and they do upgrades and repairs without hesitation on custom pcs they create in store.
Overall, great store and fantastic fantastic quality and prices, I can't recommend them enough. Avoid the rest and go with the best.
