Brad is a very good plumber with very reasonable rates, and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a reliable plumber.

After visiting Mitre 10 MEGA and asking for a reputable plumber around town, one of the guys suggest Brad giving me his business card, also saying he'd done a couple of weeks work with him and that everything is done to 110%. Well Plugger didn't dissapoint he was on time, and job was done to the 110%, maybe even 200%!!

Had two gas space heaters replaced recently by Brad & Matt who worked diligently and efficiently, notwithstanding some setbacks. We couldnt have been happier with the way they conducted themselves throughout the day.from constant, ritualistic boot- removal-and-putting-back-on every time they had to enter and leave the house, to good-humoured banter when confronted by a bad tempered stud. It was a study in patience and consideration that was entertaining and engaging to watch. The delayed arrival of the new gear didnt faze them one bit.they just quickly removed the old and, as the delivery had still not arrived, they simply took off for a little while to assist another clientnow thats what we call integrity !!! On return they were immediately back into it without missing a beat, quickly unpacking the new heaters and attending to the minor carpentry needed to fit modern equipment into 30-year-old holes. It was noticeable that respectful words like Sir, please and thankyou rolled easily, and naturally, off their tongues throughout the day. After attending to clean up and clear demonstration of operating procedures they were off and, no doubt, heading to another soon-to-be-satisfied customer. Thanks fellas.you done good !!!
