Had a leaking roof. Plumcard arrived on time and, within 20 minutes replaced two tiles (which I supplied). However, I was amazed I was charged $150. for the experience. I would strongly recommend anyone considering using Plumcard get a quote first, as I believe this was a very expensive 20 minutes work. Chrissie
