I rang Plumbing Concepts and spoke to the plumber directly, not a call centre. Steve was able to understand what was happening was willing to come out and have a look without charging a call our fee. Steve and his collegue arrived within two hours, they looked at what had to be done and fixed the problem. They were professional, efficient and clean. It is great to see hard working honest people who you can trust to look at a job, know what the best way to get it done and charge you for what work they actually did ie no hidden costs. I would have them back when ever I need more work done.

This is an excellent plumber and very professional. He was hardworking and reliable. He made an appointment with me and turned up when he said he would, which is always nice.
