PlusTime made our cleaning service so much easier to manage. We have always had issues with cleaners in the past. PlusTime have definitely changed the cleaning industry..... Cleaners are always friendly and willing to help.

A team from Bullet Cleaners have been cleaning my house for over a year now. Prior to them, I had a series of people come to clean who had no attention to detail, did not follow instructions and did not perform an adequate job. Then I found these guys - on WOMO. This is a family business which was started from scratch by very hard-working young people who have a very bright future. Their persistence and dedication to providing an excellent quality service for a reasonable price is unbelievable. They literally RUN around the house, doing hard physical work, trying their hardest to cover as many of the jobs they can in the time allotted and even offering to do something else if they have 10 minutes spare at the end. If ever there is an issue with anything (not very often), they fix it straightaway, with no quibbles - true customer service. I have been recommending Bullet Cleaners to all my friends and colleagues as I have never hired anyone who comes close to them. They are not the cheapest in town, but nor are they the most expensive and the service and quality you get are second to none.

Excellent job, they managed to navigate around the muddles in my house and put the children's rooms in some semblance of order and left the house very clean. Arrived on time (actually a bit early). An extra service that wasn't done on the first clean was promptly apologised for and done on the next clean with great results. Excellent communication and service, well done. Have waited almost a year for them to service the northside and I am glad I did!

I moved house last year and got these guys in too clean my carpets and I believe they did a fantastic job, they seemed friendly and also offer pest control as well there prices aren't too expensive which I thought was great. When I move again I definitely will be ringing these guys again.. Great Job recommended them to anyone!

I have significant mobility issues and was in need of someone who was experienced in end of lease/bond clean/spring cleans. I also badly needed to have what turned out to be a full ute-load of domestic items gathered up and dispatched to the tip. The Bullet team were a blessing for me. My disabilities make life challenging on many fronts so the discretion they displayed between recognising what needed to be done without me having to direct them and their asking questions of me was brilliant. I remained engaged with the process when necessary yet was left in peace to sort through personal items otherwise. If you want a team of people who work extremely well together, and with the client, use their respective intelligences and have an attitude second to none that I have experienced in their industry, just call them.

Hired these guys on the strength of the reviews here. The cleaning was thorough, but the cleaners were not prompt on several occasions and generally difficult to meet. This service is priced as a premium service, and while it is above average in terms of quality of cleaning, it is not up to the standard represented by other reviewers or implied by the fees. Those looking for cleaners may be better looking at cheaper options which provide the same above average cleaning.

In the odd case, our cleaners may be running late due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances but we try our best to communicate this to our clients and understand you also live busy lives. This is why we also offer to hold a key to the premises as it allows us easy access without disrupting our clients schedule. All keys are kept in a safe with no details to the client only our reference number. We were beyond happy and haven't stopped raving for days about how good Bullet were. We won't hesitate to recommend them far and wide. They did our first fortnightly clean this week and we were astounded by the fabulous and careful job they did. They saw and cleaned things that we hadn't even considered they'd do (the front of the fridge! tidying our bedside tables! putting our makeup away!). Not to mention it was excellent value for money!
These cleaners must really be good, I've read a few reviews praising them. But, to me, the "non cleaning" duties mentioned would seem intrusive.
Sea spray, I can understand where, you're coming from (I was pretty hesitant about having a cleaner in my house), but it wasn't intrusive at all. It was more a case of moving things we left out to wipe underneath them, and then putting them back more neatly. I had an excellent conversation with Bullet when they gave us the quote, so if there was annoying you were uncomfortable with, you could outline it up front.

Our tenants left our house an absolute mess and the cleaners arranged by the real estate agent left streaks of gumption across the walls, dust and bugs in the cupboards and hair in the laundry sink!
Bullet cleaners did a spring clean for us and you would barely recognise it as the same house. We were thrilled with the results and now have them clean for us on a fortnightly basis. We have passed their number on to quite a few of our family and friends

My family and workmates have been after me for ages to get a decent clener. I'm in a wheelchairand it's just getting too hard. So after reading the wonderful reviews on Womo I decided to give Bullet cleaners a ring. They did their first clean yesterday. I was at work but my neighbour let them in and watched in amazement at how thorough they were. My whole house is literally sparkling. I went and got takeaway for dinner last night cos I didn't want to spoil it. Next time I'm getting my windows done. I'll never use anyone else.

I recently had a bond clean done by bullet cleaners. I must say that over all the years of moving house and having bond cleans, they were by far the best. I did not have one complaint from my real estate and their pricing is exceptional. Very professional. I have and will continue to recommend these cleaners to my family, friends and co-workers. 5 stars all round.

The guys from Bullet Cleaners are fantastic. They do all those little extra things without having to ask. Things like my kitchen plugs are always cleaned so there is no stains on them. My rubbish bins under the sink are emptied and best of all they even clean out my cats kitty litter tray.... I am totally fussy with my bathrooms and all glass but there is never a mark. In fact I think I have the cleanest glass on my balcony out of the whole apartment block.
Once you use Bullet Cleaners you will never go back to using anyone else.
I have to say, cleaning out the litter tray swell... that's cool. I think your review... the third I have read has just sold these guys to me, I think I will give them a try
The review below was written when I first hired Bullet back in early 2012. I would like to update my review. Since the company has grown, as with any company, the standard of clean has dropped below 5 stars. I would still say that based on the reviews above, that this company would still be one of the better ones in Brisbane. However I have found as of today that their level of service and in particular their respect for their clients, has dropped. Without any communication, I had an area dropped off my clean last fortnight. Prior to this I had a few issues where the scum in my shower was building up, other areas of my house were sometimes missed and the standard of clean generally was dropping. I didn't make a complaint every time because I understand we are all human and sometimes things are missed. However a fortnight ago, our business office was dropped off the clean with no communication whatsoever. When I made a complaint, I was told that my custom was no longer viable. Apparently, whilst the rates of new customers was quite high, mine was still set quite low in comparison. And my demands based on this rate were too high. Communication about this issue would have been useful but it wasn't done. I am saddened by this experience. I remember the first time I met the lovely couple that started this business - they were so precise with their cleaning, it was wonderful. No complaints at all. Unfortunately I would no longer recommend this company.
Recently I decided it was time to get some extra help around the house. We lead very busy lives and are quite proud of being independent so had struggled with this decision for quite a while. I tried another cleaning company first off that was charged $45 pp ph... I requested bathroom, toilet, dusting and floors. I am very fussy with my bathroom and spend 2-3 hours cleaning it myself to get it just right. I could see after I had the first cleaning company in that I could be in for a long haul to try and find a cleaner that knew how to clean a bathroom properly! The second company I tried was Bullet Cleaners. They arrived this morning promptly and spent the time to understand what was important to me - what I liked and didn't like about the last company's results. I arrived back home after a hectic day. My house was sparkling. I paid for 3 hours at a much less rate than the previous company - my bathroom - no kidding - was better than I had ever done it in my life. And I kid you not, my bathroom cleaning is well known in my family. When my family moves house, they get me into clean the bathroom because I do it so well. I could not fault anything with the bathroom. Even the walls were washed down and my kids bath toys basket wiped clean. WOW. These guys rock!! And it didn't stop there... my bedrooms were cleaner than I'd seen in months! When I inspected the work done, I could see clearly they cared and always went the extra step. An example - and I know this seems minor, but... My dresser had not been wiped down/sorted for months. I have a calendar on my dresser - the ones where you flip the pages to get to the right date that you can keep reusing year after year. They wiped down everything, re-laid out all my ornaments and even put the calendar to the correct date. Another example, we have DVDs on our TV cabinet - had probably about 5 or so sitting there with discs outside of covers. All were back in the correct covers in a beautiful neat pile. I can tell you that the last lot of cleaners I had in wouldn't have even thought to do this! I would like to say a big thank you to the team, as of today, I feel like the stress of my housework has been taken away. My husband and I will never go back to being independent, ever. This is too good! I am looking forward to a long working arrangement with the team. Thank you again!! I would recommend this team to all my friends and would guarantee I would have no regrets in doing so. 5/5 gold stars all the way.

We try our best to communicate everything with both our clients and cleaners. This is shown with the amount of resources put back into the business to help it grow and run smoothly for all parties. All our cleaners are on a phone application that downloads your complete service description. Any Changes must be called or emailed to our head office where updates are made and your cleaners informed in real time, no more note leaving YAY!
It's sad to hear that you have had a change of mind about Bullet Cleaners but I ensure you we are and always will be client focused as they will always be the backbone to our business, without them we cease to exist and we understand that. This is why we offer a FREE onsite consultation to run over any expectations and requirements, then a service description is created by us and approved by the client.
Depending on your service description and what type of cleaning you have requested "General Cleaning or Maintenance Plan", certain tasks may be skipped or put on rotation to focus on areas in need of immediate attention due to the cleanliness level, or to ensure your house is maintained to a certain level of cleanliness. This is also noted by the cleaners in their 'Completion Notes' section on the phone application, if clients have any discrepancies with the tasks that have been completed they are requested to either call or phone in and a decision is made after a discussion with the client.

Did a very thorough bond clean, we had to leave the house in a rush and it was pretty dirty. They did a great job making it look better then when we moved in. Guaranteed the work, even though they didn't need to come back. Got my bond back 100% and I am very happy. Affordable rates and completed the bond clean in a very timely manner. Would recommend for anyone needing a bond clean. Staff were very friendly and polite.
Very friendly staff, reliable, always do a great job, very satisfied, had them as my cleaners for nearly 12 months and they don't disappoint. Haven't found a better cleaner and don't think I will.
