Dr ferdinand always provided excellent advice. Best doctor in melbourne .It would be nice if he move to south east area.

A good range of doctors, nice waiting room facilities, and based on many visits I have always found that I do not have to wait much past the scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. It was for this reason that my wife and I changed clinics after always having to wait for ages with previous location. The quality of the doctors I have seen has been very good overall. Am also usually able to see my preferred doctor which is very useful. Have never had any issues with reception staff; always found them prompt and helpful.

Went there for the first time today. Dr very helpful, even suggesting that there may be a better outcome than I was expecting. Made my appt for the procedure and then realised that I had double booked myself and was able to change my appt without an issue.

i have lived in the area for 2 years the place is dirty and we went for 7pm Appointment to see a lady doctor and she was only interested in money and asked us to come back not professional at all

wait times are a bit too long, receptionists are friendly though and at least there's a couple of magazines to keep me entertained (the tv is gloomy) so i suggest book appointments if you can

i had a lady doctor and she was quite brief and unfriendly, but very professional and strict with giving out medical forms and prescriptions, which i guess is a good thing

Never have too much trouble making an appointment (as long as it's not for that day). I like that we're not out-of-pocket, because they bulk bill and normally you don't have to wait too long. We take the whole family here.

I have lived in the area and used the clinic for 6 years - true, some doctors are better than others but there are a few outstanding doctors that really make this clinic great. Reception staff have always been courteous to me, and I've seen them dealing with rude patients in the same courteous manner. Short wait times with an appointment, longer without (to be expected). Overall a good clinic with some great staff.

Very long waiting times for appointments, but one of the doctors is really patient and she looks after my condition really well.

In-Out Business. Very Brief questions. Medical Centre. Some staff not as friendly. Never frank with waiting times. Just times 2 with provided waiting time but I'd give up with walk-ins.

The female doctor I see, Dr. Cabena is great. But a big problem with the clinic is the wait times. I usually try and make an appointment a week in advance to get to see her. I think they are understaffed.

Never available appointments, the wait for an appointment is sometimes an entire week. The walk in and wait can be from an hour onwards. Not impressed.

I have rarely had to wait any longer than 5 or ten minutes to see the Dr. All the staff are always friendly and approachable. Doctors are competent.
