We've been here a couple of times and have never been disappointed.
We were seated today for lunch (Friday) straight away and both kids were given colouring books and pencils to keep them entertained. We ordered the kids cheeseburger, Cobb salad, and Chicken Focaccia. All of which were very generous servings, but of course there was nothing was left on our plates because it was so delicious.
We had 2 glasses of wine (ok, so technically it wasn't 'we'..it was me), and hubby had a beer and it was under $60. The kids shared the kids meal which was more than enough for the both of them (they are both still little), which also comes with a drink and an ice-cream sundae.
Lovely restaurant, beautiful and clean and friendly attentive staff.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

It's hard to find a party hire place that has reasonable prices. The bigger stores charge a fortune, but we found spits for hire and sale, one of the best priced companies in the area. We hired a few things for an event we had at our house. For a small fee they delivered it and also picked it up. Everything was clean and well maintained, and most of all; very well priced. We also ordered balloons from there, and they have a huge range of decorations and party goods. We would definitely use them again for our next event.

I've been excited about the opening of the Phoenix Hotel for ages..It's walking distance from where we live and has the potential to become one of our most frequented dining places. We decided to go on Saturday for lunch, and while I still think it's good, and we will be back (perhaps at a later date when it has fully opened), I was left a little disappointed.
Service wasn't great...We ended up getting our own menus, after waiting 10 minutes to see if someone would bring them to us. (As a place we hadn't been to before I wasn't 100% sure of the protocol, but I'm pretty sure we should have been given menus.)
After waiting another 10 minutes (when there was probably only about 8 groups of people in for lunch) someone took our order. Which arrived fairly quickly after that, and was enjoyable. Not exactly what I had expected, (after reading other people's recommendations on facebook I was expecting the real wow factor) but good nonetheless.
There is a very small play area for the kids, not sure how this will go on a very busy night, but was fine for us on a quiet day.
But.. as a venue goes, I think it will be absolutely amazing when it is completely finished. The fact that there is a drive-thru bottle shop; fantastic. Something Point Cook has needed for a long time.
It definitely has a lot of potential and we look forward to going back again when everything is completed and they have ironed out the initial kinks.

We've been here a couple of times now. The first time we went, customer service was appalling. We walked in without a booking and needed a table for 4. We were then told (quite rudely) that we may as well leave because no tables were available. However we decided to wait and within 2 minutes we were seated. The food was quite good, considering buffet style is often disappointing, but I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and the quality.
We've been back twice since the first time and the food has been good both times. I would recommend to try it at least once and decide for yourself. There's a play area for the kids which is always a bonus for the families. But i still think the customer service could be improved upon.

It's hard sometimes to find a place that's affordable and has an area big enough to keep the kids entertained as well as having a good atmosphere and friendly staff. But this place had it all. The meals were very prompt and tasty, and there was a huge selection to choose from..there is a very large play area for the kids with great visibility into the room. And a parents room which was great. We will definitely be coming back.

This is definitely one of our most favourite places to eat. The food is amazing and keeps up coming back all the time. We normally choose a selection from their 'picnic' menu (tapas style), because this way we get to try a bit of everything. We've also had pizza, and salad from the 'feast' menu. It was all amazing. There is a range of domestic and international craft beer as well as a huge variety of beers on tap..the list of beverages is a mile long..
Can't recommend this place enough. If you like good food with plenty of flavour, dining in a relaxed, friendly environment, then this is the place to go.
And the prices are totally reasonable. It normally costs us about $50 for food and drinks.

Well I'd love to tell you all, while it's so fresh on my mind (and my lips) how amazingly delicious our dinner was tonight. I've never eaten here before. Honestly i steer away because I love pasta with my pizza and they don't offer it. Well, silly me. i've been missing out!! We ordered the proscuitto wraps (amazing), a caesar salad (which comes with dressing on the side so it's not all soggy) and a peri-peri chicken pizza (honestly THE best pizza I have ever eaten). It may be a little more expensive than most pizza places but trust me when I say it's totally worth it (especially for the health conscious) It's not oily and greasy and is sooo flavoursome! This is our new pizza place. We won't be ordering from anywhere else. I hope everyone else has such a wonderful first experience as we did :)

I've been here for lunch from the cafe menu and also for the buffet. I wouldn't say it's the best food. It lacks a bit of flavour and imagination. For the lunch I had a ceasar salad. It was average. I've had better, but I've had worse.
What i liked most about the buffet was that kids under 4 eat for free. My son went crazy. He had chips and nuggets and vegetables, bread, ice-cream and mousse. I would say he ate more than what I did! I had expected the buffet to be better than it was since they make grand claims saying 'it's the best buffet you will ever visit'. I thought desert was the best and the staff were all very friendly, but i doubt we'll be going back.

We've never eaten in here, we always get takeaway. It's one of the best and cheapest thai restaurants we've ordered from. They are always quick with the service and the food has never disappointed. I love the green curry the most. We always order a few dishes, and ALWAYS order the roti bread with peanut sauce. It's delicious.

The fish and chips here are unbelievable. It's definitely one of the best fish and chips shops we've ever been to. I recommend this place to everyone. DELICIOUS! Whenever anyone comes to stay with us, we get fish and chips from here and everyone says the same thing-that its the best fish and chips they've had in a long time.
