We requested a quote for a pool we wanted built - it was slightly different to the norm. The guy who came out was great!!! He was full of promises and ideas about what we could do and even had examples on his laptop. Unfortunately, they were empty promises as he didn't bother getting back to us with an updated sketch. Yes, the pool industry is busy at this time of year, but how about an email or call saying there will be a delay or he isnt interested??
