I found Pomroys Panels to be very dismissive of customer concerns.
Even though the repair to my front spoiler which was damaged during my accident was quite good, they however failed to properly listen to various concerns / issues I had with my vehicle after my accident which were not their prior to it, eg front steering / suspension / front car height issues but they failed to address my concerns.
It is incompetence i believe for them not to off examined the vehicle for any suspension / structural issues resulting from my accident.
Darren the repairer i dealt with especially needs to listen..and also note faults in relation to the vehicle which a driver/owner has noticed after the accident and which thus need to be addressed.
This failure to not examine my vehicle properly for any structural and suspension damaged caused during my accident caused the vehicle to feel and behave differently while driving it after my accident. And it also caused me to have suspension failure while driving months later after the repair which nearly caused me to have a serious accident.
I would this never recommend this repairer to anyone as I feel that they are incompetent in examing a vehicle fully for any accident related damage such as structural / suspension / steering damage which can lead to serious issues later. I found them also to be very dismissive of customer concerns.

I don't recommend Pomroy. Unfortunately the work that was quoted was not what was actually done. They decided that the front end damage that they originally quoted was not caused from the same accident (both repairers quoted for this damage). The panel that they did replace sits noticeably out. The service wasn't that great but that's a non issue for me - as long as the work is done properly, that's all I care about. But I've mentioned the service recieved because that might be highly important to other customers.

I had my car delivered there for repairs & asked them to do something extra on the side, they quoted double what everyone else quoted & I told them this & they hung up on me! I complained that much to my insurance co that they pulled my car from them & sent it elsewhere. =)

My brand new ute was delivered to Pomroy via my insurance company - back quarter panel damaged by another vehicle - Pomroy noticeably sprayed car d=several shades different colour, as well as leaving out the bolts that hold in tub liner & did not put on rubber seal that goes around the tailgate. Car collected, re-assessed, deemed unsatisfactory, returned to Pomroy; they put bolts in tub liner, fixed seal & told me the panel they painted was the correct colour & the rest of the car was wrong & if I had a problem with it, take it up with Ford as car must of been damaged & re-sprayed on production line. After banging my head against a brick wall, I sold the car as it looked bad & was embarrassing as it WAS brand new.

I had my car repaired with Pomroys and i found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. I was so happy with the way my car looked when i got it back. It was like new again. They even washed it.

I took my car in to have a lock fixed after an attempted break in and a front panel repaired. They replaced the silver lock with a black one so now i have two different coloured locks on the car and the paint job on the panel looked like orange peel. When my boyfriend drove me there to pick up the car, an employee took him aside and said "It's an old car, tell her not to spend any more money on it". I mean, he couldn't discuss that with me, the person paying him for the repair?

5 times to get car repaired. Still doors not aligned 2 years on, will have to get rid of car.
