Kylie did a magnificent job with my almost 5 mths old mini Labradoodle. She was honest from the very beginning and made no promises of a flawless finish due to the fact that my pup had not been clipped before. I recently took my two dogs to Poochie Paws for the first time after previously putting up with a very unreliable mobile groomer who did not do a great job. Although Kylie is not mobile at the moment I'm so glad I took my dogs to her as when they were finished they looked immaculate. Kylie did such a good job and gave my two old dogs much care and attention, even saying she would try and fit in a walk if she had time before I collected them. Our gorgeous little dog is a rescue dog and can be anxious and feel intimidated with strangers. Kylie was AMAZING with her, her experience in handling dogs really showed through. She was calm, caring and took her time to engage with our dog and make her feel calm and settled. The clip was fantastic, especially as my dog hates having this done (we have had some bad experiences over the last couple of years). She looked beautiful after her wash - so much more shinier and fluffier than I can do it! Thank you Kylie, we will definitely be coming back.

I can highly recommend them to look after your pets grooming needs. they are very welcoming and my dog looks a million bucks! After he had a bad experience it is hard to put your trust in someone caring for him and with them he seemed really happy and comfortable. We will certainly be regulars of Poochie Paws! Thanks!

We have 2 dogs. Both are the same breed. One was groomed ok and the other looks ridiculous. My first impression when I met the groomer was, does she know what she's doing? She seemed inexperienced and clearly she doesn't really know what she's doing if our dog now looks like a clown after being groomed. I would NEVER go back to her.

Hi, our names are scott and irene and our dogs names are Buster and Barnaby. Buster is 13 yr old red heeler who still thinks he's 6. Kylie really is amazing in the way she goes about her work. She is very passionate and just loves what she does. Kylie also goes out of her way a little to provide her service to us, even though we live just out of her precinct.The one thing we are very grateful to Kylie for is she noticed a lump on Buster which our previous dog washer didn't notice and when we took him to the vet, he required surgery to remove it. It has all ended well and Buster is on his way to full recovery. So thanks Kylie for your wonderful service and we hope to be seeing you again very soon.
