Do not EVER use this company! Offers a half price first inspection of $175, makes you pay in advance and finds something small to reject compliance, then charges $340 to re- inspect! Phil came 2.5 hours late and stayed less than 10 minutes. Nothing wrong with our pool fence. Was told our plants (not trees) along the fence line needed trimming. Was told we could send him a photo to prove it had been done. Photos were sent, but they then insisted that we pay $340 to re inspect trimmed plants. Tried multiple times to call Phil, he doesn't ever answer his phone. Used an inspector recommended by the local pool shop, he was more thorough, punctual, cheaper and better mannered!

Don’t use this service. Industry standard costs are circa $360 inclusive of first inspections, any required subsequent inspections and a certificate. This scam service will lure you in with a half price initial fee then charge $350 for rrindiection plus 79 for non compliance certificate plus 79 for a compliance certificate Plus GST adding up to more than double the cost that you’ll pay at reputable companies elsewhere. You’ll then be sent a warning to pay or have debt collection. Initiated against you. Be warned.

Phil turns up when he says he will even in driving rain. First time fail but Phil worked really well with my rectifier to get compliance without costing me an arm and a leg. Now everyone is safe and happy. Reasonable rates for inspections as well. He also has the respect of my local council.

I do not recommend this company, I suspect they deliberately have the special of first visit free and then milk you on subsequent visits by finding flaws.

I failed my first pool inspection, noting the same fence was there previously for 10 years and previously passed (the house was an ex-display home therefore commercially passed too). I accept some regulations may have changed therefore we completed every task noted on the report for non-compliance and had Phil booked in again. On the 2nd visit he failed the pool again and added an additional item of tree that needed pruning which was not on his first report. This resulted in a 3rd trip (further cost to pay to the company). Should the item have been added earlier and not omitted from the first report, it would have been addressed but this would have meant less revenue for the company. It cost me an additional $298 due to an additional visits as the first report omitted items to fix …..no doubt deliberately. $600 in total. The fact remains, they were carless in the initial visit resulting in added cost to the customer.

Customers beware, you will get milked and it will cost you more by using this company.

Great company. Phil was very nice and informative and helped us achieve a child safe pool. First class service and advice from Phil in making our pool and surrounds totally child proof and compliant with council requirements.
Recommend their service for total peace of mind in reducing the risk of childhood drownings.

Was given top notch service by Phil. Really knew what he was doing. Friendly young man who gave great advise will be recommending to friends and family.
