Bought a Pope 12v for my wifes car 1/3/2011 it wasn't cheap, but I have bought 2 cars since for her and swapped it over each time & it's still going 10/2016 if only the cars were that good.

The battery in my car had been playing up for a while and my father suggested going to Pope Batteries in Tattersall Rd Blacktown. When I got there I was helped by a very kind gentleman by the name Russell who told me that this business had been in his family for over 40 years!!! Russell removed the battery, tested it (found faulty). Offered me a new battery with a discount which he tested and then installed in my car. He also told me to bring it back anytime if I had a problem.
Pros: Service was great, Russell was very knowledgable about batteries/cars, price was really good.
Cons: the shop/workshop is very old and untidy
