Not only is the store cheap when comparing other stores in town, the owners actually have sound knowledge about animals in general. They know the products and are friendly. I've shopped at all stores in Port Macquarie and highly recommend checking this store out first. I spent alot of money on maintaining my large fish tank and when I started shopping here, I've found saved alot more based on their knowledge. I have a large dog and the same applies, tick control, hills biscuits and other gear like bedding and treats.

I love this petstore! They have a huge range of almost everything for pets, great prices and friendly staff. If you want something they don't stock they will get it for you. They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pets, and best of all they are a local family run business not some giant chain company!

They are a great pet store. Support animal welfare organisations. They are are very personal in all aspects and even allow you to take your pets in whilst shopping. They even assist in taking items to the car, rare these days.

They are the best pet shop in the area not only for price but also for service, if they do not have what you want they will do their utmost to obtain it for you. If you have a problem they listen very attentively and recommend a solution
