I had some delays with a delivery during the Christmas NY period as it seems COVID continues to play havoc for most businesses. However after a couple of hiccups with communications with the shop, all sorted out and Miley went to extensive lengths to ensure Australia Post found my delayed parcel and she regularly followed up with me until I advise the parcel had been at my LPO for a few days without APO notifying either PPS or myself. All and all I’ve bought from PPS a few times before and will continue to support them as they’ve demonstrated they care about their customers.

We ordered a pair of RMs with the socks and polish also some RM leather conditioner for my young blokes 25th. Arrived within days of placing the order not weeks like another supplier had told us. They are still wrapped in the brown paper and awaiting the restrictions to ease so we can get them too him. My wife and I both commented on the brown paper and it brings back many memories. Looks like country folk still do things the country way...just love it! Thanks again folks.

Terrible customer service.
Similarly to other reviewers experiences, I ordered and was charged for an out of stock item that was listed as being in stock. I also paid for express postage.
After two weeks the item hadn't arrived.
Upon follow up with customer service, I was told the product was out of stock and not expected for another several weeks and my complaint would be referred to the manager who would contact me.
Three weeks and no reply.
I followed up again. No reply.
A refund was deposited in my account - A total if 5 weeks -no explanation, no apology, no product. Ample opportunity to resolve the issue.
One star is too high of a rating.
Spend your money on a business that appreciates their customers.

The on-line catalog offers a good range . Found what I wanted on-line but was not sure of the size fittings. Took the Article P/N into the shop and they arranged to bring in 2 sizes for me to try in store before paying in shop for the one which I finally selected.
Great service, Friendly staff, prompt delivery into the store. Only paid when I was happy. "Best of both worlds".... A very happy customer. Going to go back again.

I bought a pair of RM Williams form this shop and after 2 wears the leather split on the heel. Upon returning the boots I was not offered a refund because the boots had been worn. Very disappointed to have bought such an expensive pair of boots that broke after 2 wears. They added insult to injury by not accepting the return or offering a refund. Will not use the shop again.

I purchased a pair of RMWilliams boots on 28 January 2019 and it is now 12 February 2019 and I have not received the goods and I cannot make contact either by phone of by email.

Just purchased a pair of jeans at the Port Phillip shop in Warragul Victoria, wow can only say that I'm impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful . The shop layout is well designed with easy parking opposite. Boasts a huge variety of stock. Along with well known brands there is an abundance to choose from: Boots, Shirts, Jeans, Knitwear, Hats, Coats, socks, belts and more! honestly they have it all. Such an array of superb quality and reasonable prices in one shop with courteous customer service is hard to locate nowadays. I will definitely be a return customer

Ordered women's boots in my size and received a men's size (about 4 sizes too big). When I returned the boots and asked for a refund, they ignored the request and sent the original order out (after I bought the boots from the store). Finally after a month (and about 10 emails) I've received a refund. Just order straight from RM!

I bought some RM Williams boots because they were $80.00 cheaper than the RM shop. I ordered on 25 June and chose the standard 3-4 day delivery with insurance. When the boots hadn't arrived by 3 July, I called them. They said, they'll be delivered from the factory tomorrow, sent to me on the 8 July. I said at this time they were for a birthday & absolutely had to be there by 11 July. Don't worry, they'll definitely be there by then, he said. By 8 July, still nothing, so I called again. He said he'd posted them that day, and should be with me tomorrow. I asked for the tracking number by email, no response. So I called again on 10 July. He gave me the tracking number which indicated it wasn't posted until late afternoon 8 July so there was no chance it would've been there by 9 July!! In the end the boots still hasn't arrived by 11 July so I had to run out and buy the boots from RM Williams after all!! When I asked portphillip to refund, he refused until he had the boots back!? Despite the fact I paid them for 'insurance.' I eventually sent the boots back and got the refund in my account 24 July... Almost one month after I'd originally bought them. Basically it was really, really hard work & I wish if just bought direct from RM in the first place!!
