Buyer beware, they are not reliable at all. We are waiting for a resolution to delays they claim are driven by head office. They don’t communicate nor care about customers at all. Buy elsewhere.

Brilliant company. Jean is not only a meticulous and outmost professional but he is a pleasure to deal with. From the outset his willingness to help and design ideas put him infront of the other four quotes we obtained for our project. Our property in Malvern East was challenging due to narrow access and in the middle of COVID lockdowns, Jean and the team worked very diligently to get my pool and landscaping built as per original plan and budget. I would have no hesitations in highly recommending Jean and also Shaun and Ethan from Portrait Landscapes who were also fantastic to deal with.

I had some delays with a delivery during the Christmas NY period as it seems COVID continues to play havoc for most businesses. However after a couple of hiccups with communications with the shop, all sorted out and Miley went to extensive lengths to ensure Australia Post found my delayed parcel and she regularly followed up with me until I advise the parcel had been at my LPO for a few days without APO notifying either PPS or myself. All and all I’ve bought from PPS a few times before and will continue to support them as they’ve demonstrated they care about their customers.

Jim did a few jobs for us including hard wiring a swim spa (isolated 32 amp switch) various light fittings and GPO's. Jim is a very professional and reliable individual. He was always here on time and was ready to be of help as requires. Jim did the install during the period leading up to Christmas and even where we identified an issue (not Jim's fault at all) with the swim spa, he was quick to help and come over to help out. I would have no doubts in recommending him to family and friends. I will be using his services yet again very shortly. Thanks for all your help Jim and sorry I didn't post my review earlier.

I had a refrigerated ducted system serviced by Michael. He was honest, reliable and very polite. Michael got in the roof on a very warm day where he identified and fixed the bad performed by my builders when they first set up my air conditioner seven years ago. I just wish I had called Michael earlier. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Lisa and Rob at Just Spas Hallam are great to work with, they organised a Swim Spa for me at very competitive pricing, they also help with the delivery, converting the spa for solar heating and salt chlorination and installation. What can I say, a great team to deal with, they stored the spa for me as my site was not ready, they made every effort to accommodate for my requirements (including Rob installing my Solar and Salt configuration a very hot 32 plus degree day). When I had any question both Lisa and Rob were very helpful and diligent with their responses. Rob also was super helpful when I encountered an issue with the way the wiring was configured (on my side) and was willing to come out to sort it out for us during this festive season. If you need a Spa, I highly recommend you talk to Lisa and Rob, thank again for all your help guys.

Don't waste your time with these guys unless you have spare time to sit around and wait for them to show up when they want to. Terrible customer service, we made arrangement to three times only to have them re-arrange with no appropriate warning.

Landscaping front yard, Steve and crew are great professionals and nice people all around. Great design recommendations and very good use of plants. It took a little while to get things started but once they did I found their work to be of great quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his crew to anyone who wants a well designed and practical garden.

Installed a water line for a fridge in the kitchen via the bathroom basin that backed to the wall of the kitchen. They also installed a pressure limiter valve. I found that whist Steve was incredibly busy, he was always able to return my emails/calls and communicate with me through out the process. He was very clean and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.
